4 Stages of Joyful Confident Eating
With a company name Am I Hungry?, people often make the mistake of thinking, “Oh! That sounds easy! Just eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m full.”
That sounds like rules to me!
As I talked about in the video, asking “Am I hungry?” is not for deciding whether you’re allowed to eat, but for helping you figure out why you want to.
And that makes all the difference. Just ask Rachel, the client I interviewed in the video!
