Feeling Resentment?
We all have had the experience of hanging on to resentment.
It is a normal part of relationships but it is also a toxic dynamic that can cause unnecessary suffering.
To be fully free in our personal relationships we must have the courage to move out of the victim stance and let go of resentment.
